1. Terms of acceptance of use

6. Minimum order

26 lei is the minimum order for free delivery. For the rest of the delivery methods, the transport fee is requested. See the information in the CONTACT section for more information.

We only deliver orders that contain pizza. We do not deliver if they do not contain at least one product from these categories. Modifying or canceling an online order is done by calling 0758 360 518 where you tell us that you want to cancel the order or modify/change some products.

7. Methods of payment

Orders are paid in cash upon delivery and online with a bank card.

Cash payment.

The delivery person can offer the rest for a maximum of 50 lei. When ordering, it must be specified that it is paid in 100 lei, 200 lei or 500 lei banknotes so that the delivery person can provide the necessary change. Check receipt of balance for cash payments at the time of order delivery. Raio Pizza is not responsible for subsequent complaints.

PAY Online with a bank card through EuPlatesc

(Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).

In the case of the "Online by bank card" payment option, you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor where you will fill in a form with the information about your card.

- Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by the Visa/MasterCard card organizations and which ensures online transactions the same level of security as that achieved at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.

8. Delivery time

The delivery time communicated at the time of the order is estimated.

Delivery time is influenced by weather conditions, road traffic, social or sporting events and other situations that cannot be controlled by Raio Pizza.

The communicated delivery time varies depending on other factors such as the number of orders taken before, the number of products in the order, the distance of the address from the Raio Pizza location, the specifics of the delivery area, the time and/or day when the order is made.

The average delivery time varies between 30 and 90 minutes but can be longer when several factors influence its growth.

9. RETURN OF PRODUCTS / CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The customer can request the return of products / cancellation of orders

in the following situations:

The controls show severe damage.

There are product delivery delays of more than 2 hours (calculated from the moment orders are placed).

Products were delivered/billed incorrectly. The delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the Consumer can refuse reception.

The consumer can request its return for replacement, and in the situation where the product is no longer in stock, he can opt for replacement or full reimbursement of the consideration.

If it is agreed to replace it with a product of a higher value, the difference will be paid, respectively if the value is lower, it will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product.

Return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the customer.

Repeated opt-outs may be considered abuse.

At the time of placing an order, the Customer declares that he is aware of and fully agrees with the above.

The acceptance of these terms and conditions gives rise to a genuine contract between the parties, applying the provisions of the Civil Code.

In the situation where the amount paid by the Customer based on the online order, card payment, is canceled by him, in accordance with the Raio Pizza regulations, the refund of the amount paid to the Customer's account will be transferred within 30 days from the cancellation of the order.

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the client is informed that the purpose of the request, collection and processing of data is mainly the processing of your order, and alternatively, in case who gave express consent to receive the Raio Pizza Newsletters by requesting the "Newsletter Subscription" option is the transmission of information of general interest, information on promotions and offers.
